Qualification - Intermediate (10+2) & Computer literate
Experience - Minimum 1 Year of relevant work experience
Age: Age of the candidate should not be more than 43 years as on 01.01.2020. For ST (H)/(P) and SC candidates upper age limit will be relaxed by 5 years as per Govt Rule.
Period of Contract: 1 year extendable based on annual performance evaluation. Candidates should submit self attested copies of all testimonials from HSLC onwards with 2 copies of Passport size photograph alongwith the application without which the application will be rejected.
Last Date - The Application must be submitted on or before 20.09.2020 at the Office of the Joint Director of Health Services, Dhemaji. The candidates shortlisted for the interview will be hanged in the notice board of the Office of the Joint Director of Health Services, Dhemaji. No personal call letter will be issued from the authority.
